Common questions
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first 30 minutes are free and carry no obligation. If you instruct us afterwards, we confirm the fee in writing first.
Can I meet you online?
Yes. Most first meetings are held by video call. Documents can be signed electronically where the law allows.
Will my documents be translated?
We draft in the language the authority requires and give you a working translation in your own language at no extra cost.
How are your fees set?
Most matters have a fixed or capped fee agreed in advance. Court cases are billed by stage, so you always know the next cost.
Tell us what happened. We will tell you where you stand.
