Do I need an appointment?
No, walk-ins are welcome. Patients with a booking are seen first, so booking saves waiting time.
Can I choose a doctor who speaks my language?
Yes. Tell us your language when you book and we will match you with a doctor who consults in it.
Can a female doctor see me?
Yes. Female doctors are available every day. Just ask when you book.
How do I get my test results?
Most results are ready the same day and are sent to you by WhatsApp or email. A doctor will call if anything needs discussing.
